Currently we are experiencing a slight shift in the market due to a recent surge in buyer activity. Property listings are growing in numbers daily, however due to large numbers of buyers these listings are still selling very quickly. This means that in many cases sellers can expect to see dynamic levels of interest and in some cases, numerous offers on their property. We are finding that many buyers have finance pre-approved and are making decisions NOW. Sellers are in an excellent position to attack the market and take advantage of the buyers currently waiting for the right home to come along.

As of today (February 2nd 2010), Harcourts have opened a new office in Mairangi Bay, to fill the market gap between Campbells Bay and Browns Bay. With an excellent bunch of staff at your disposal be sure to drop in and meet the new team.

An enormous response has followed Harcourts identification earlier this year by leading world real estate authority Stefan Swanepoel as one of four international real estate brands leading the charge in expanding internationally.
